- Designed and developed four eLearning courses with accompanying job aids on Navigating SAP, Ariba Overview, Requesting Business Roles in GRC SAP, and Business Intelligence Reports. Courses were developed in Captivate 6.0 and delivered to over 1000 employees as required courses for the 2013-14 Global Business Transformation and software implementation program at Columbia Sportswear.
- Designed and developed elearnings, work instructions, and software simulations in uPerform on Kronos time management tool, and HPQC software testing tool.

IICS: contract agency / Accenture: Client (Remote, Chicago) 8 – 12/2011.
- Developed the learning objectives, course map and outline for a Custom Application Design School that simulated the real world application design process for senior software engineers at Accenture.
- Designed and wrote script for 90 minute web based training introducing the foundational principles of the Accenture Selling Platform (TASP) to senior Accenture executives.

- Designed and developed two ILT courses for Kaiser Permanente IT department on Time Management and Structured Analysis that were highly praised by Director level KP ciient.

- Designed prototype eLearning course on “Writing Better Essays for the SAT” to be marketed to high school students in mainland China. Created design document and sample lesson using Captivate eLearning software tool.

- Developed and delivered Newcomer, Intermediate, and Advanced English as a Second Language courses to middle school students in the Portland, David Douglas, and Sherwood School Districts and in Guangzhou, China.

- Single-handedly designed and developed three week curriculum on Oracle CRM applications in less than two months, combining SME presentations, outside vendor training, and case study exercises into cohesive “boot camp” for Oracle sales consultants.
- Developed series of 90 minute webinars for international audience of Oracle sales consultants utilizing Centra technology for Web delivery.
- Designed prototype for delivering modularized new application software training through a variety of instructional technologies, mixing traditional instructor-led classroom with web-based training utilizing Centra technology.

- Designed SAP software business process training on quality management, service management, and service contracts for Acuson, an ultrasound manufacturer.
- Designed and delivered Aurum sales automation software and business process training for Kaiser Permanente sales force throughout California.
- Created design document and computer based training lessons for prototype multi-media commercial lending simulation for Financial Proformas (Moodys).
Senior Training Specialist, Citibank, Oakland, CA 3/1987-4/1994
- Conducted comprehensive assessment of Citibank’s mortgage business evaluating environmental, product, motivational, skills/knowledge issues and needs impacting mortgage sales and profitability.
- Designed, developed, and delivered a three month mortgage training curriculum covering technical, sales, service, and operational skills for 300 Citibank loan officers.
- Managed the start-up-training program for 100 employees at new mortgage processing center. Received a standing ovation from employees and from client for program’s effectiveness and timeliness.
- Managed training logistics and design for major banking systems conversion which included producing practice exercises, participant manuals, leader’s guides, and job aids for over 50 instructors and 2000 participants in 30 training locations.
- Customized SPIN sales role-plays and exercises for branch, commercial loan and mortgage business, incorporating Citibank products/customers into their design.
